All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 2-3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day.
Method & Country:
For delivery within the UK, we deliver by First class of Royal Mail . Customers can pay extra for first class recorded service.
For shipment outside of UK will be post by Royal Mail international Airmail service. Buyers from other countries should select appropriate postage when check out
For order over GBP45 are shipped via First Class for free (UK only)
Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 2-3 business days for 1ST class shipping and up to 6 business days for 2nd class shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Green Tara & Organic due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Green Tara & Organic is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Green Tara & Organic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Green Tara & Organic will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in unused, unwashed condition and in re-saleable condition with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
You should receive your refund/credit/cheque or exchange (when in stock) within 10 working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note any sale/reduced items will not be returnable or refundable. Postage is Non refundable.
